96-channel centering on row-layout labware (Flex 9.1.2)

Suggested protocol smoke for #21803 (96-channel partial-row centering over nest_8_reservoir_22ml v2). Requires a 96-channel pipette; not runnable on a Flex configured with only P50 single/multi.
